In September 2007 we started looking for a Management Rights property in Cairns, one that would see out our working life and set us up for retirement. Having done our homework with the Bank we were ready to face the market (so we thought). After weeks of looking at properties that were within our “budget”, we were a little disheartened – although they were lovely, they weren’t going to set us up the way we had dreamt. Then we were introduced to Danny. After about 2 hours, we left Danny’s office able to go back and more closely review a property that we had been shown – one that had previously ticked all the boxes, except for the banks. We signed on the dotted line and within weeks were starting to see our dream come alive. From start to finish Danny was with us – yes there were times when we were going to back out of the deal, but again, a call to Danny and he would ‘take the charter’. Danny, our Bank, Broker, Solicitor and Accountant were a great team – often with Danny taking the lead and making sure everything was going smoothly. Now we are 4 months into our first Management Rights business, and Danny is only a phone call away. It is great knowing he is there to answer any questions, (lend more money), and to help us make our dreams come true. We would not hesitate to recommend Danny and his great team to anyone
